Wow, I didn't realize this......

I didn't realize how long it has been since I had posted anything, so much has been going on and of course way to much to tell here at one time.....

I'm am so excited to have a new DIL...In Nov. 2014 my youngest son David, which ya'll have met here got married to one of the most amazing young ladies I know....Lizzy is a wonderful person and we are so blessed to have her in our family.

I was so lucky to be able to attend their wedding since it was a few states away...lol....
I will post more about things going on around here soon....

Got a surprise package today!

I am so blessed to have such wonderful Farmgirl friends.  Last month I was named Farmgirl of the Month and got so many wonderful gifts for the girls and today I got another package.  Thank you Jan for a wonderful surprise on a day when I really needed it.  I got the cutest bag with a coffee cup and crocheted cup coozie, and a few of the cutest hanging items.  Farmgirls are the best.

So I got it and couldn't wait to use the pastry cloth, so today I tried my hand at homemade soft pretzels.  Now this is a very wet dough and I was so amazed that the dough didn't stick at all...I am so happy with my prize...EVERYONE should get one of these pastry cloths.  Here are pics of the pretzels.

My gifts from Maui

I am so blessed to have received 3 wonderful gifts from my Farmgirl Sister Darlys, her and her husband Larry went to Maui and she sent me a wonder bracelet made there along with some vanilla beans already in the bottle, all I have to do is at the vodka. And some good smelling lotion that is my favorite flower smell, gardenia. Thank you Darlys for the wonderful gifts from Maui, you are the best.
