Happy Birthday Tyler

14 years ago I was blessed with my first grandson, Tyler Martin.  Today is his birthday.  He is such a great young man.  He loves to play football, wrestle and hunting.  I enjoy everyday I get to spend with him.  Happy Birthday. I love you so very much.

Hubby's Birthday Pig Pickin

On Oct 29th we had a pig pickin for Jim's BD.  Two weeks before I was sitting on our front porch and heard something in the field chopping on the acorns or the pin oaks.  I looked and saw two wild hogs about 75 yards in front of the cabin.  I got Jim to come out(he is an excellent shot) and he shot one of the hogs.  It ran to the right and three more ran to the left.  We thought he missed, which is very unusual.  Well, the one that ran to the right had been hit, so that's when we decided on the pig picken.
